Internet Tricks: MTN South Africa Free Internet Trick

This free Internet trick is for Tricksgum MTN users in South Africa. This trick can be configured in different ways to give the user free net access using a tunnelling app or direct connection.

As usual, this trick doesn't require users to have data, subscribe to any subscription or use your airtime balance for it to work. I recommend that you use an MTN SIM card that doesn't have data or airtime balance for it.

This time we didn't just make the settings for Android users alone, we made the settings open for everyone for those who always complain that they are left out in our post. You can use the settings on any OS platform and if you like, tweak it the way you want.

Depending on the user, this trick can be configured in different ways using direct or via a VPN app. I decided to post this direct configuration for those who don't know. Requirements:
1. MTN South Africa SIM card with zero data and call credit
2. An Android device, iOS or PC.
3. Your AnonyTun app if you need any at all (Find the link below)
4. The configuration settings

Procedures:
1. Click here to download AnonyTun VPN.
2. Go to your phone Settings, locate Access Point and then configure:
Name: MTN Tricksgum
APN: internet
Proxy: 196.11.240.251
Port: 8080
Username: mtnwap
Password: mtnwap
Save and then select
3. Open your AnonyTun app and then configure or proceed with the below settings:
4. Open your browser
5. Locate the URL bar and then type www.wapportal.mtn.co.za.kproxy.com
6. When it opens, type any web address and then surf the web.

If you encounter any error, refresh the web URL. However, using a tunnelling app is better than this method because it is faster and more secure.
